Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the website education.akdwk.in (also when installed as an app) and all services offered by WebTech ("we", "us", "our"). By registering, purchasing or using our services you ("user", "student", "teacher") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility and account

• You must provide correct name, mobile number and email address while registering. Users below 18 years must use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
• An account is for one person only. Sharing of login details is not allowed. To prevent misuse, an account can be active on a limited number of devices at a time.

2. Services, prices and payment

• We sell digital educational content: subscription plans (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and individual premium courses. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the website / app and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner Razorpay using UPI, debit / credit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Access is activated automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed. An invoice is available in My Account › Orders.
• Subscriptions are prepaid and are not renewed automatically; no amount is charged again without your action.
• We may change prices or plans at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed.

3. Licence to use content

• On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to watch the content online on the platform for the period of your plan / course validity.
• You must not download, record, screen-capture, copy, share, re-upload, sell or publicly show any video or study material. Videos carry a watermark; any piracy will lead to immediate account termination without refund and may lead to legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

4. Teachers

• Teachers confirm that they own or have the rights to all content they upload and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
• Teacher earnings, platform commission and payouts are calculated as shown in the teacher panel and paid to the bank / UPI details provided by the teacher, after the holding period and minimum payout amount set by us.
• We may review, reject or remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including: trying to hack or overload it, using abusive language, posting unlawful content, creating fake accounts or making fraudulent payments / chargebacks.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Availability and liability

• We try to keep the platform available 24×7, but there may be short interruptions for maintenance or reasons beyond our control (internet, hosting, payment network).
• Course content is for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular exam result, marks or job.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific plan or course concerned.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. You may stop using the platform and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
