Shipping & Delivery Policy

WebTech sells only digital online services (video subscriptions and online courses). No physical product is shipped and no shipping charges are taken.

Delivery of services

• Access to the purchased plan or course is delivered instantly (usually within a few seconds, at most within 2 hours) after successful payment, on the same account you used to pay.
• You can start watching from the website education.akdwk.in (or the installed app) by logging in with your registered email and password.
• A confirmation and invoice are available in My Account › Orders; a confirmation email is also sent when an email address is registered.
• If access is not activated within 2 hours of a successful payment, please contact our helpline 9898832395 or email devengokani@gmail.com with your order number. We will activate it or refund the payment as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
