Refund & Cancellation Policy

WebTech sells digital educational content (online video subscriptions and courses) that is made available immediately after payment. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Cancellation

• Subscription plans are prepaid for a fixed period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and are not auto-renewed. You do not need to cancel anything to stop future charges – the plan simply ends on its expiry date.
• An order can be cancelled before the payment is completed. Once the payment is successful, access is activated instantly, so cancellation is treated as a refund request as described below.

2. When a refund is given

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• money was deducted but the plan / course was not activated on your account, or
• you were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment), or
• you request a refund within 3 days of purchase and have watched less than 10% of the purchased course / subscription content, or
• you are unable to play the content because of a technical problem on our side that our support team cannot resolve within 3 working days.

3. When a refund is not given

• Requests made after 3 days of purchase, or after more than 10% of the content has been watched.
• Partially used subscription periods.
• Accounts suspended for sharing login details, piracy or misuse.
• Free courses (no payment is taken).

4. How to request a refund

Call or WhatsApp our helpline 9898832395 or email devengokani@gmail.com with your registered mobile number, order number (from My Account › Orders) and the reason for the refund. We will confirm the decision within 2 working days.

5. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI / card / net banking / wallet) through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. The time for the amount to show in your account depends on your bank. When a full refund is made, access to the related plan or course is removed.
