About the Opportunity
WebTech Online Education Portal is looking for enthusiastic individuals to connect online teachers, trainers, tutors, and course creators with our digital learning platform.
Our platform enables teachers to expand their reach by listing and promoting their courses online. Teachers can publish paid courses and earn income from course sales, subject to the platform's applicable terms and revenue-sharing policy.
Teachers can join the platform and list their courses for free. No registration or course-listing fee is charged to teachers.
The platform also supports different types of learning content, including:
• Paid online courses
• Free educational courses
• YouTube educational video links
• Teacher-created video content uploaded to the platform
• Tutorials, lessons, and other educational resources
We are looking for candidates who can identify potential teachers, demonstrate the benefits of the platform, assist them with registration, and help them publish their courses and educational content.
This opportunity is suitable for individuals with knowledge of education, digital marketing, sales, teacher networking, or online course development.
Earning Opportunity
Compensation for this role will depend on the agreed payment model and actual performance. Candidates may be rewarded for successful teacher onboarding, course publishing, and other defined performance targets.

Roles & responsibilities
- Identify and contact teachers, tutors, trainers, and subject experts across India.
- Encourage teachers to join the WebTech Online Education Portal.
- Explain the benefits of free teacher registration and free course listing.
- Help teachers understand how to create their profiles and publish courses.
- Encourage teachers to offer paid courses and generate income through course sales.
- Help teachers add their existing YouTube educational video links to the platform.
- Guide teachers who want to upload their own educational videos and learning materials.
- Identify school teachers, coaching class owners, online educators, and independent course creators.
- Promote the platform through WhatsApp, social media, email, phone calls, and professional networks.
- Assist teachers in understanding course titles, descriptions, pricing, and content presentation.
- Follow up with registered teachers to encourage them to publish their first course.
- Maintain records of contacted teachers, registrations, published courses, and onboarding progress.
- Build long-term relationships with teachers and educational institutions.
- Meet mutually agreed teacher onboarding and course publishing targets.
- Provide feedback to management about teachers' needs and opportunities for platform improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates will be preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Interest in online education, e-learning, teaching, or digital course creation.
- Basic knowledge of computers, smartphones, the internet, and social media.
- Ability to communicate clearly with teachers, tutors, and trainers.
- Knowledge of YouTube and online learning platforms will be an advantage.
- Experience in sales, marketing, teacher recruitment, or educational counseling is preferred.
- Candidates with contacts in schools, coaching institutes, colleges, or teacher communities will be preferred.
- Ability to explain the benefits of online course publishing in a simple and professional manner.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to work toward defined targets.
